Terms of Service

You’re responsible for activity on your account and for the content you share. You must be at least 13. Don’t impersonate others or misuse the service.

You own what you create. You grant Circle the limited rights needed to store and display your content to the circles you share it with, and to operate the service. Don’t upload anything illegal, abusive, or that you don’t have the rights to — including CSAM, which we report and remove with zero tolerance.

AI images are generated from your prompts via third-party models and may not be unique. Credits purchased for AI generation are non-refundable except where required by law. Everything else on Circle is free.

No harassment, hate, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Circle is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
